I just wanted to drop by with a few questions before considering to applying to the team.

I am looking for a serious team like yours to take part in training days and matches as a non-regular.

I say non-regular because I don't live in Warsaw on a permanent basis, I travel a lot but for example like June and July I will be spending most of the two months in Warsaw. So before I present myself in more detail and ask more questions I wanted to find out if you could find a spot for a guy like me. If I am in Warsaw I can come to every training/match but unfortunately that is not very often.

I'll fully understand that if you have no spot for part-timers I'll move and in my search

Im one of the HQ members and teamleaders (InseCt is first TL).

We didnt say NO to anyone. Every person that are positive freak out at military/asg point is "nice to see" in our team

BUT

We trying to be best of the best of the best, so te ASG are only a TOOL to earn experience at battlefield, first medic rescue, and using real guns (at shooting range ofcourse). Thats wy we demand full time present on our trainings and at some military simulation games (MILSIM- its something totaly different that simple "We there, u There and we start at 3.. 2..1.. MILSIM is kind of SIMULATION with simulated wounds, radio operating, and more, often based on truly military operations ).

Anyway if u cant be regular on our trainings, unfortunatly u have no chance to end our recruting process and become a "full part" member.
For people like U we offer a "special guest" status or, if u like, "stand by" or "resevre" or how u want to name this status.

As a "special guest" or "reserve" u can come on our trainings and go with us to simply scenario matches (but not MILSIMS!), and some times for a picnics or other meetings like "Góraszka" itd.

If u still want to meet us, we are going this weekend to simply scenario fight, just for fun.
After we meet several times, and u will still want (and of course we, as a team agree for that) u can become a "reserve" or "special guest".

First of all, thanks for coming.

As a team JS2305 Cienie we have been operating since 2006, and at the beginning we were a bunch of freaking people with happy mental trigger attitude . But this didn't work. We fast realized, that we want something more from the military hobby and started new thinking of spending our spare time.

Now, (i don't think, that there's any team having as so expanded asg training drills involved and catalogued as we have, by the way...) we focus on a regular basis with everyone in the team. That helps us to keep the things up, and binds our trainings skills together with everyone passed along.

That a little pity, that you mention non-regular membership. But we are pleased to help you as a "Special Guest" or "Reserve" option, so you will be able to get to know the asg " holy shit" better .

You may come to any trainings we plan then.
You may come to any events we plan then.
You may come to any public shooting scenario we are about to go.

It is your call.

I fully understand that I cannot become a full member because I can't be in Warsaw all the time. Also please feel free to reply in polish as I can read and speak it but not really write it:P

I am just looking to have the opportunity to take part in training sessions of a pro team to improve my skills. So if you think I could be that guest on more than one occasion I'd happy to be and also join you guys on simple matches.

What of kind gear requirements do you guys have and what do you wear? So I can fit better into your unit:)

I missed one thing. We meet together every 2 weeks on sundays obligatory, but this sunday is an exeption, we are going probably for a http://www.asg.qrde.pl public scenario for fun, after having a exausting milsim last weekend.

So, if you have some spare time, you are welcome.
Next official trainng will be in 2 weeks from upcoming sunday.

Multicam uniform will suit the best with any pattern of tactical gear you choose.

As a guest u dont must care of our unification rules.
But if u want we use three different camo: camogrom/multicam, marpat and woodland (often muliticam).
Weapons - STANAG standart (m4 and simillar - for mag. unification)
Gear based on MOLLE system first and second line.
OWN GLASSES!
PERSONAL FIRST AID!

I recommend Welco ranger boots - it is original us army contracted company producying combat boots for US army.
You may catch a occasion on ebay or alegro.pl
Your set up is more than ok

We are using MICH 2000 - i will have one on meeting - you will see.
Belt... hm i do not know - i will do a little google search and i let you know good e-shops.

battle belt znajdzie się u mnie bo akurat mam taki do sprzedania. przyniosę na trening i zobaczysz czy Ci pasuje? jest mniej więcej w systemie molle z możliwością doposażenia w dowolnej konfiguracji ładownic, zasobników itp.,

hey again,

thnx for the replies, yes I went to the asg.qrde.pl scenario last sunday, it was a lot of fun with around 80 people but everyone was totally disorganized in terms of tactics, especially my team with everyone running around like a headless chicken haha - I just really want to go to one of those scenarios with a team that uses real tactics

Unfortunately I had to be back in england for this weekend so I can't come this sunday

But! I am back on tuesday next week and staying for at least the whole of June in Warsaw, so if there's gonna be a scenario or training, I for sure would come!!!

I decided I am getting a pair of Welco Boots - thnx for the tip Insect!
